Yes, peace and quiet is one of the hotel's features. Located on a quiet street and equipped with double-glazed windows, the hotel offers "soft" nights - it's one of our promises.

In total, seven metro lines pass less than five minutes from the hotel: a record!
Located two minutes from Gare de l'Est, you can travel directly by metro to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Boulevard Saint Germain and the Opera (lines 4, 5 or 7).
Located five minutes from Place de la Republique, you can directly reach the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, major department stores, Bastille and other attractions by metro (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 or 11...).
A self-service bicycle hire station ("Vélib") is also accessible in front of the hotel.
Finally, near the hotel you'll reach the Marais, the historic heart of Paris located just beyond Place de la Republique, or you can take an evening stroll to the corner and enjoy the Saint Martin Canal.3 - At what time must I return in the evening?

5 - Is the district lively in the evening?
The southern part of the 10th arrondissement is considered one of the capital city's rising, trendy districts. A dozen appealing restaurants are located within steps from the hotel, including the terraces near Saint Martin Canal - or even on the banks of the canal itself - teeming with picnickers from the first sign of nice weather. Consult our "district" section to unearth an exceptional bakery, a recognized wine bar or an art bookstore...
6 - Is the district charming?
The hotel is on a typically Parisian street overlooking the Canal Saint Martin, with its romantic footbridges from the early 1900s and its café-restaurants... There are some beautiful gardens just behind the hotel. This old authentic district is still very much alive and has a village-like atmosphere. See the "district" section to find out why we think it is so special. In the summer, we recommend ordering one of our picnic baskets as an alternative to the restaurant at the end of the street, to be enjoyed beside the Canal Saint Martin at lunch time or in the evening.

The hotel is entirely non-smoking (lounge, rooms, public areas, etc.).Thank you for your cooperation

From the age of four, an adult supplemental bed fee may be added to the parents' room (please inform the reception desk).
10 - What is an "accessible contemporary hotel" ?
It is a hotel furnished in a contemporary style, with all the design features and facilities that we have come to expect of a modern environment: clean lines, spacious showers, chrome bathroom accessories, flat screen television, elegant lighting, background music... This is not a hotel that boasts futuristic design and incredible gadgets, but instead offers subtle decor in an elegant modern setting. In other words, a Soft atmosphere!
